Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order before it is dispatched from Vrixo or our fulfilment partner. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may refuse delivery or request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under the Refund / Return Policy. For prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method after successful cancellation. Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may affect future COD availability for the customer. Vrixo may cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, payment failure, payment verification issues, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, suspicious order activity, repeated fake orders, incomplete address, unreachable customer, or delivery location not serviceable by our courier partners. If Vrixo cancels a prepaid order, the eligible paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For cancellation support, contact us at support@vrixo.in.
