Vrixo does not store sensitive card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials. Vrixo does not sell customer personal data. Customer data may be shared with trusted courier partners, payment partners, support tools, technology providers, and service partners only when required for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, support, legal compliance, or fraud prevention. We may use cookies and basic analytics tools to keep the website functional, understand site performance, improve the shopping experience, and remember basic preferences. Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials and OTPs confidential. Vrixo will never ask for sensitive payment passwords or UPI PINs.
