Shipping Policy
Vrixo delivers shoes, watches, fashion, and lifestyle products across serviceable locations in India.
After your order is confirmed, we normally dispatch the product within 1-3 business days. For prepaid orders, dispatch starts after payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, order verification may be required before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, courier availability, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery delays may happen due to weather conditions, courier network issues, high demand, public holidays, local restrictions, or an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customers must provide the correct name, mobile number, full delivery address, landmark, city, state, and pincode while placing an order. Vrixo is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer details.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery. The courier partner may refuse delivery if the order cannot be verified or the payment is not available.
Tracking details will be shared by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or order update when available from the courier partner.
If your package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at delivery, please avoid accepting it and contact Vrixo support as soon as possible.
